Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and gently build strength in body and mind
Everyone is welcome, we will start slow and build up. Includes a gong bath in class 5 and handouts to learn more about Yoga.

About me : My name is James. I have been teaching Yoga since 2015. In 2017 I was lucky enough to spend 6 months intensively training at Ananda Ashram in Pondicherry India where I was given the name Dhananjay. I have undertaken over 1700 hours of yoga teacher training from the UK and India. I also have a BSc in Community Health and Well-Being.
